Solo ieri ho scoperto questo fantastico designer di altissima moda,Fernando Barrios, noto come Furne One, è uno stilista filippino. E' stato nominato "Asian Couturier Extraordinaire" dalla Federazione asiatica couture. Le sue creazioni sono talmente scenografiche ma allo stesso tempo raffinate ed eleganti, quasi eteree e molto ricamate! Il brand "amato" nasce nel 2002 con l'apertura del proprio atelier e le sue alte creazioni sono rivolte ad un pubblico pieno di celebrità che hanno l'esigenza di sfilare sul red carpet!
Nel sito possiamo leggere della sua carriera e delle sue partecipazioni a progetti speciali e guardare le diverse collezioni da lui realizzate!

Only yesterday I discovered this fantastic designers of high fashion, Fernando Barrios, known as Furne One, is a Filipino fashion designer. E 'was named "Asian Couturier Extraordinaire" by the Federation Asian couture. His creations are so spectacular, yet refined and elegant, almost ethereal and very embroidered! The brand "loved" was founded in 2002 with the opening of his own atelier and its high creations are addressed to an audience full of celebrities who have the need to walk the red carpet!

More is More and Less is a Bore: IRIS APFEL.

Grandissima icona di stile, grande di età (1921) e grande per la sua esuberanza. Ogni volta che mi capita di guardare delle foto che la raffigurano mi perdo dentro tutti quei colori che osa ma che non "stonano" mai, anni e anni fa quando vidi una sua foto su una delle mie prime riviste di moda rimasi colpita dicendo ad alta voce :"Da grande voglio vestirmi come lei", nel senso che voglio avere il coraggio di indossare accessori stravaganti e creare uno stile unico anche se si è avanti con gli anni! Nel caso di Iris è interessante osservare anche il "mondo" all'interno del quale vive e cioè il suo appartamento, che non è da meno del suo inconfondibile stile per osservarla clicca QUI. 
Per il mio stile da donna adulta, affermata, sicura e che ha creato uno stile tutto suo dovrete aspettare un bel pò, sono ancora giovane, ma fa bene allenare la mente proiettandosi nel futuro! Intanto costruisco il mio stile già da ora, bisogna lavorarci su!

Non vorrei fare un paragone vero e proprio ma voglio dire che l'esuberanza fa colpo, pensate a Diana Vreeland la cosìddetta Imperatrice della moda!

Questa mia lunga assenza non è dovuta al fatto che le idee del mio impero siano finite, al contrario sono molto impegnata con vari lavori e così facciamo un ripasso insieme di ciò che voglio mostrarvi:

Stasera Velvet

Chi conosce la serie Velvet su rai1? Sintonizzatevi stasera su rai1alle 21:15 e se avete perso le puntate precedenti aggiornatevi, non voglio svelarvi la sorpresa! Per quanto riguarda il mio mondo Velvet è perfetto per me e i miei sogni, è tutto così romantico! 
Per incuriosirvi vi lascio con degli scatti ispirati alla serie, immaginando la mia galleria mentre indosso due abiti creati da me e mia madre che "vestono a pennello" per questa serie!

ROUGE PAPAVERO

Quest'anno la primavera è pigra e io la attendo con ansia. Uno dei primi fiori ad annunciare il suo arrivo è decisamente il papavero rosso, nel mio giardino osservo solo le foglie e un piccolo bocciolo che proprio non vuole sbocciare. Aspettando di osservarlo dal vivo, ho riscoperto una sfilata Blugirl dell'estate 2010 dove il protagonista assoluto è il papavero, vediamo insieme i capi più rappresentativi. Nel video i papaveri sbocceranno al minuto 1:24.

Sorpresa: il mio papavero di organza!

Non dimentichiamo che anche altri stilisti hanno utilizzato il papavero come ispirazione... come non citare in ordine fotografico KENZO, YSL, ANTONIO MARRAS e CHANEL!
